Quality control processing: Before putting vinyl flooring raw material into the producing line, we will do the inspecting of color paper, the thickness, tension, etc firstly, after half finish the vinyl flooring sheet, we
will do again of the relative inspection such as scratch proof inspection, click, tensile and
peeling tests. Except for this, our inspector will do regular quality checking every 10 minutes,
will take these inferior samples to make sure every board must comply to the standards need.
A test report will be included during each batch.
If any quality of vinyl flooring waterproof or inferior situation happens, we will find the qualified ones, make sure they will not affect the installation, analysis the real reason. We will compensate the cost of unqualified vinyl floors plank appropriately.
